Every company has them. The moaners, the whiners, the complainers. They are the ones who will always engage you in a conversation to distract themselves and complain about their „hard work.“
Sometimes you may ask yourself how they even got their jobs in the first place? ????
The best and only way you can deal with those people is to give them a smile and (politely) tell them that you’ve got work to do. ???? Instead of of joining in, let them complain about their work while you just GET THE JOB DONE.
